• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of recruiting, customer service, or sales experience.
• Construction knowledge preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and online job boards.
• Valid driver's license and reliable car.

Responsabilités

• Implement cost-effective recruitment functions and field activity.
• Maintain a network to source qualified candidates.
• Contact potential candidates for openings.
• Coordinate job postings and attend job fairs.
• Oversee all phases of the Associate Hiring Process.
• Conduct pre-employment steps including drug screens and background checks.
• Ensure safety and customer satisfaction during visits.
• Handle applicant calls, schedule and administer assessments.
• Travel locally as needed.
