Topstep is seeking a Senior Trader Onboarding Operational Readiness Analyst to drive QA governance, monitor SLA performance, and steward the readiness of identity and verification workflows. You will audit IDV, CIP, and sanctions processes, create SOPs, QA scorecards, and collaborate with Compliance to align with evolving regulations.

Qualifications

2-4 years QA, onboarding ops, or risk in fintech or financial services.
Deep familiarity with IDV, CIP, and sanctions screening.
Experience scaling QA frameworks and SOPs.
Ability to translate compliance policies into actionable procedures.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Audit IDV, sanctions, and CIP cases; monitor SLA performance.
Develop scalable KYC/EDD readiness frameworks.
Liaise with Compliance to align workflows with laws.
Author and maintain SOPs, job aids, and training materials.
Refine screening logic to improve throughput vs risk.
Lead UAT for vendor/tool changes with product/engineering.
