• 5+ years of dedicated trademark paralegal experience at a law firm.
• Trademark-only background; not a fit for patent or mixed-IP practice.
• Full-cycle U.S. prosecution: TEAS, office actions, renewals.
• Foreign prosecution: Madrid Protocol/WIPO; instructing foreign counsel.
• Proficiency with IP docketing systems; clearance search experience.
• Polished written communication and client-facing presence; works independently under deadlines.
• ABA-approved paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

About the Role

This is a high-visibility seat supporting two trademark partners with significant autonomy and direct client interaction. You will run U.S. and foreign prosecution end to end — TEAS filings, specimens and first-use follow-up, office actions, foreign counsel instruction, and docket management from application through registration and renewal — plus clearance searches, enforcement support, and client reporting.

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of dedicated trademark paralegal experience at a law firm
• Trademark-only background — this role is not a fit for patent or mixed-IP practice
• Full-cycle U.S. prosecution: TEAS, office actions, specimens, renewals; strong TMEP command
• Foreign prosecution: Madrid Protocol/WIPO, instructing foreign counsel, notarization/legalization
• Proficiency with IP docketing systems (PATTSY, CPI, or similar); clearance search experience
• Polished written communication and client-facing presence; works independently under deadlines
• ABA-approved paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree
