Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated trademark paralegal experience at a law firm.
• Trademark-only background; not a fit for patent or mixed-IP practice.
• Full-cycle U.S. prosecution: TEAS, office actions, renewals.
• Foreign prosecution: Madrid Protocol/WIPO; instructing foreign counsel.
• Proficiency with IP docketing systems; clearance search experience.
• Polished written communication and client-facing presence; works independently under deadlines.
• ABA-approved paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Run U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution end to end.
• Handle TEAS filings, office actions, and renewals.
• Instruct foreign counsel and manage docketing.
• Conduct clearance searches and assist enforcement.
• Provide client reporting and status updates.
