Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Trade & Specialty Pharmacy Analytics in Boston to transform complex data into insights that drive patient access and optimize channel performance.

You will lead analytics for specialty pharmacy, distribution, inventory, and partner performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on strategy and execution. You will own QBRs, monitor inventory and payments, and provide data-driven input to launch plans and channel

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, analytics, health sciences, pharmacy, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in specialty pharmacy, healthcare or trade analytics, channel analytics, or related field.
Strong understanding of U.S. specialty pharmacy, distribution, patient access, and trade partner operations.

Responsibilities

Lead analyses of specialty pharmacy, distribution, inventory, and channel performance to identify trends and actionable recommendations.
Serve as SME for Trade and Specialty Pharmacy analytics for stakeholders and senior leadership.
Develop analyses to support launch planning, channel strategy, and network optimization across the portfolio.
Own quarterly business reviews and partner performance reviews with clear recommendations.
