Job summary

Alexion, AstraZeneca Rare Disease seeks an Associate Director of Market Access Contract Analytics to turn payer and provider contract data into strategic decisions. Based in Boston, this role evaluates financial and access implications of contracts with payers, PBMs, and health systems, shaping pre- and post-deal strategies.

The position requires 6+ years in US market access or related analytics, advanced Excel skills, and a strong ability to model scenarios for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of experience in Market Access, Pricing & Contracting, or Contract Analytics.
• Experience presenting contract recommendations and financial trade-offs to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Turn payer and provider contract data into decisions that advance patient access and protect portfolio value.
• Evaluate contracts across payer, PBM, Medicare/Medicaid, health systems and providers.
• Develop pre-deal financial models, guardrails, walk-away thresholds, and approval recommendations.
• Measure post-deal performance against access, utilization, revenue, rebates, and profitability assumptions.
