Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in communications, marketing, events, or related initiatives, or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating or supporting trade shows, events, customer visits, executive engagements, tours, marketing or communications.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of select trade shows and events aligned with Leidos brand and priorities.
• Coordinate event tasks, timelines, and logistics to ensure high-quality, consistent experiences.
• Support the event lifecycle from planning to onsite support and post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate customer, partner, government, and executive tours with facilities and demonstration environments.
• Partner with marketing and communications to align materials and messaging across event platforms.
• Track attendance, engagement, and follow-up actions to improve future events.
