Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
• 4+ years in customs, trade compliance, or import operations.
• Knowledge of U.S. customs regs and classification, valuation, FTZs.
• Experience reviewing entries and trade data with strong analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and escalate issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication; travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day trade compliance activities per client requirements.
• Review customs entries and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform tariff classification, country-of-origin, valuation analyses.
• Support tariff mitigation, duty drawback, and FTZ activities.
• Handle importer-of-record and post-entry processes.
• Prepare workpapers, reconciliations, and client deliverables.
• Maintain QA reviews and meet service levels.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.
