Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, international business, supply chain, economics, finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years hands-on trade compliance/intl trade experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. customs requirements.
• Excellent client-facing communication and ability to manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee day-to-day and project-based trade compliance activities.
• Review tariff classification, valuation, country of origin, FTZ, duty drawback, and import compliance.
• Direct and review work of Senior Trade Services Specialists and consultants.
• Coordinate with clients, brokers, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Identify high-risk issues and escalate as needed.
• Support client implementations and managed services.
