Job summary

Mars is seeking an SRM Trade Architecture Manager to partner with Sales, Customer Business Unit, SDL and Finance to design and execute trade investment frameworks across channels and customers. This role focuses on profitable category growth through robust analysis of budgets and trading terms.

The ideal candidate will develop and manage customer Trade budgets, model investment scenarios, and deliver clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• Proven record in analyzing and modelling data sets and creating analysis tools to aid decision making.
• Understanding of the commercial P&L from RRP to NSV including impact of investments.
• Ability to present outputs clearly with robust recommendations and insights.
• Experience with trade promotions concepts, ROI and budget planning is a plus.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the SRM Trade Director in evaluating long term trade investment strategies based on SCM outputs.
• Create and maintain investment frameworks in partnership with S&F, Sales and Customer Marketing.
• Communicate guidelines on trade architecture investment structure.
• Own reporting and analysis of investment structures, margins and profit pools.
• Assist Sales Leadership, SRM and KAMs to design annual growth and trade shape targets per account.
• Conduct ongoing trade investment and budget analyses to inform plans.
• Improve management and transparency of trade budgets in TPM systems and collaborate with Demand Finance.
• Lead creation and analysis of Trade Investment reporting by customer against plan.
