Job summary

Mars Incorporated is seeking a Senior Trade Architecture Manager to partner with Sales, CBU, SDL, and Finance to design and execute trade investments across channels and customers. You will manage budgets and terms to drive profitable growth, balancing P&L impacts with investment productivity.

The role emphasizes robust data analysis, advanced modeling, and clear communication of insights to guide strategic trade decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze and model complex data sets and create analysis tools (Excel, databases) for decision making.
• Understanding of commercial P&L from RRP to NSV and impact of sales/investments.

Responsibilities

• Support the SRM Trade Director in evaluating long-term trade investment strategies based on SCM outputs.
• Create and maintain investment frameworks with Sales, Customer Marketing and Finance partners.
• Own reporting and analysis of trade investment structures, margins and profit pools.
• Assist in designing annual growth & trade shape targets by account and monitoring budgets.
