Aravo Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services Team in the United States.

You will configure and implement our highly customizable TPRM platform, translating client requirements into scalable workflows, data models, and business rules. This hands-on role involves collaborating with offshore resources and stakeholders to ensure timely go-lives and best practices, delivering trusted guidance and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional services experience.
• 2+ years of SaaS hands-on configuration and implementation.
• Experience building workflows, data models, and business rules within a highly configurable platform.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and extend our TPRM platform to meet client designs.
• Design and implement workflows, automations, and conditional logic.
• Define and configure data models, relationships, and validation rules.
• Translate requirements into detailed technical configurations.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients and coordinate with offshore resources.
• Troubleshoot issues during implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Support UAT and go-lives with platform expertise.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and stakeholders.
