Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a transformational leader to deliver a multi-year enterprise Zero Trust program, spanning identity modernization, adaptive access, PKI, post-quantum readiness, and API security. You will work with senior leaders and technical experts to shape the future security architecture and measurable improvements in posture and resilience.

This role requires 10+ years in program management in cybersecurity or enterprise tech, strong cross-functional and executive communication skills,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program or portfolio management within cybersecurity, IAM, or enterprise technology.
• Demonstrated experience running large, cross‑functional security programs with multiple technical workstreams.
• Strong understanding of Identity security principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage technology-related programs or major technical workstreams aligned with business priorities.
• Develop knowledge of Financial Services industry forces to assess viability of approaches.
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular status reports; ensure change management plans are executed.
• Build relationships across program stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Mitigate risk and ensure governance, audit, and compliance on technology projects.
