Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with Vanguard, seeks a transformational leader to drive a multi-year Zero Trust program across identity, adaptive access, PKI, and API security. You will partner with senior leaders to define future-state security architecture and measurable improvements in security posture and resilience.

This role requires an enterprise program background in cybersecurity and IAM, strong executive communication, and the ability to influence without direct authority in a complex

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program or portfolio management within cybersecurity, IAM, or enterprise technology.
• Proven success running large, cross-functional security programs with multiple workstreams.
• Strong ability to communicate complex initiatives at the executive level.
• Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Zero Trust portfolio across all workstreams.
• Maintain the integrated roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
• Drive execution of Adaptive Access, JIT Privileged Access, PKI, Post-Quantum Cryptography, and API Security.
• Establish SteerCo and executive reviews; prepare status updates and funding requests.
• Align priorities across Identity, Cloud, Endpoint, Infrastructure, and Applications.
• Own program planning, forecasting, funding, and workforce planning; measure risk reduction.
