Job summary

Analogic seeks a Technical Program Manager (Systems Software) in Salem, NH. This senior role combines software engineering with program leadership, requiring deep Python and C expertise and the ability to manage cross‑functional teams across software, systems, electrical, mechanical, and cybersecurity domains.

You will own program scope, milestones, risk, and delivery, while shaping architectures and ensuring rigorous engineering practices, testing, and deployment readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 8+ years of software/systems engineering experience.
• Strong Python and C development background.
• Experience leading cross-functional software and systems programs.
• Familiarity with Agile, scheduling, risk management, and PMP/SAFe is a plus.
• U.S. Person status required.

Responsibilities

• Own technical and execution leadership from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with software, systems, electrical, mechanical, test, cybersecurity, product, manufacturing, and field teams.
• Provide hands‑on technical leadership: code and design reviews; guide trade‑offs.
• Define milestones, staffing, and measurable criteria using PM tools (Project/Jira/Azure DevOps).
• Lead engineers, remove blockers, mentor team members and drive ECOs.
