Job summary

Agility Robotics seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager, Systems Integration to lead planning and execution for system integration and stand up a Hardware-in-the-Loop testing capability. You’ll partner with Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, and Software teams to keep the robot from subsystem to full system on track.

The role is hybrid and requires in-office presence at Fremont, CA at least 3 days a week, with some travel to Salem, Oregon.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, systems integration, or hardware/robotics engineering.

Responsibilities

• Plan with the people who'll live the plan: partner with leaders to turn program goals into sequenced integration plans with clear owners, dependencies, and dates.
• Own the integration pipeline: keep Jira project and dashboards current; asset status, milestones, bugs, and weekly status.
• Run the cadence: lead planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, aligning sprint goals with program milestones.
• Get ahead of dependencies: surface dependencies early, turning them into planning conversations.
• Build the HIL capability: own the roadmap and timeline for the hardware-in-the-loop testing capability with cross-functional teams.
• Make test data decision-ready: provide program-level visibility into test coverage, automation, and failure trends to guide decisions.
• Clear the path: coordinate benches, rigs, and simulation environments for HIL testing and unblock progress.
• Know the system, not just the schedule: understand robot architecture and interfaces to catch integration gaps early.
• Be the trusted translator: facilitate technical discussions across hardware, firmware, and software and document decisions clearly.
• Track it to the end: manage issues, risks, and dependencies to resolution with clear recommendations.
