Job summary

Agility Robotics is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager, Systems Integration to lead planning and execution for systems integration and the stand-up of a new Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test capability. You’ll collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, and Software teams to keep the robot’s path from subsystem to full system on track.

This hybrid role requires presence at our Fremont, CA facility at least 3 days per week, with occasional travel to the RobotFab in Salem, Oregon.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management or hardware/robotics engineering.
• Experience building and managing integration plans for complex electromechanical systems.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering, bring-up, integration testing, and interfaces between hardware, firmware, and software.
• PMP/PgMP certification or equivalent practical rigor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan with senior leaders to turn program goals into sequenced integration plans with clear owners and dates.
• Own the integration pipeline: maintain Jira dashboards and asset status.
• Lead planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to tie sprint goals to program milestones.
• Identify and address dependencies early to keep the schedule on track.
• Build and roadmap Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test capability with cross-functional teams.
