Compensation ranges from $186,000 to $223,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits including stock options and health insurance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles and VSM.
