Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager in Santa Clara, CA, within the Supply Chain Operations team. You will lead technical, process, and application initiatives, partnering with Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, and Service Operations to deliver high-quality solutions with speed.

Responsibilities include organizing planning, requirements, scheduling and standups, driving process improvements, and guiding engineers on estimates and priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Supply Chain/Operations Management.
• 12+ years of proven experience in technical program management.
• Ability to lead multiple projects with engineers in a dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to present to various management levels.
• Experience leading IT applications, infrastructure and data analytics projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize and drive planning, requirements, scheduling, and standups.
• Lead process improvements across the business organizations.
• Support engineering teams in estimating tasks and maintaining a realistic schedule.
• Lead multiple projects concurrently and manage scope, risk, and resources.
• Draft business requirements and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
• Communicate updates and decisions to partners and teams.
