Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex software programs across Linux-based platforms. You will coordinate efforts across Product, Engineering, and external partners to ensure timely releases and successful customer engagements.

Bring 12+ years of TPM/PM/Software development experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Jira/Confluence. This on-site role in Santa Clara offers a competitive compensation package and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
12+ years in Technical Program Management, Engineering PM, or Software Development.
Experience managing complex software programs on Linux-based platforms.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and software release processes.
Experience gathering requirements involving multiple engineering teams and partners.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar PM tools.

Responsibilities

Gather, document, and rank product/software requirements with cross-functional teams.
Develop and maintain coordinated project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
Coordinate activities across Platform Software, Hardware, Silicon, Firmware, Product Mgmt, QA, and partners.
Lead software release readiness for internal development, customer evaluations, and production releases.
Manage dependencies with external collaborators and ecosystem partners.
Facilitate technical discussions, reviews, and program status meetings.
Define and monitor key metrics, deliverables, and executive dashboards.
Support customer engagements by coordinating software deliverables and schedules.
