Job summary

The NVIDIA Operations organization is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead initiatives across Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, and Service Operations. You will drive technical, process, and application projects with leadership, delivering solutions with agility and speed.

You will organize planning, requirements, and standups, drive process improvements, and support engineering in estimating tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, CS, or Supply Chain/Operations Management or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of proven experience.
• Ability to work on multiple projects with engineers and teammates in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of operational processes in semiconductors, boards, systems, and servers with data/process landscape awareness.
• Supply Chain experience and experience leading IT Applications/infrastructure and Data Analytics projects.
• Proven track record delivering solutions in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Ability to engage IT & business leaders to unblock projects in an agile & scrum setting.

Responsibilities

• Organize planning, requirements, scheduling, and standup/retrospective discussions.
• Lead efforts to improve processes for the businesses.
• Support engineering teams in estimating and prioritizing tasks to maintain a realistic schedule.
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Define scope, success criteria, risks, and resource needs with business owners.
• Draft business use cases and develop requirements.
• Set expectations with partners and provide regular project updates.
• Interact and collaborate with multi-functional teams and different org levels.
