Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager to guide software initiatives on the GPU Software team in Seattle. You will help align chipset and product roadmaps with software capacity and drive cross-domain collaboration.

Responsibilities include prioritizing work, coordinating dependencies, and tracking metrics to improve delivery, with equity and benefits as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of program management experience delivering software products.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record balancing short-term delivery with long-term planning and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Align chipset and product roadmap with software capacity and global priorities.
• Coordinate dependencies across functions and identify planning gaps.
• Make prioritization decisions and represent the team to other groups.
• Partner with hardware, release planning, and customers to understand software implications.
• Propose new methods to streamline projects and unify planning systems.
• Define and track metrics to improve execution efficiency.
