Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager in Santa Clara to lead the Humanoid Robotics Operations within the GEAR group. You will coordinate researchers, engineers, and lab ops to keep experiments and data flows on track, while aligning external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

You’ll own prioritization, manage multiple workstreams, and present progress to leadership. Proven leadership in AI/robotics programs with hands-on Python experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/CE/Robotics/ME or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in program or project management in AI/robotics or hardware-software cross-functional environments; 8+ years engineering experience.
• Meticulous with ability to manage 10+ project threads concurrently.
• Strong sense of urgency, ownership, and execution under pressure.
• Excellent communication and technical presentation skills.
• Based in Santa Clara, CA and able to work on-site; fluent English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with researchers and engineers, track to-dos daily, define priorities.
• Coordinate with lab ops for experiments, maintenance, and logistics.
• Support end-to-end data workflows, vendor coordination, and ML pipelines.
• Coordinate with humanoid robotics partners for timelines and integration.
• Track execution across multiple workstreams, surface blockers, drive alignment.
• Present status updates to collaboration teams and leadership.
• Oversee purchase and maintenance of lab equipment; ensure a safe lab.
