Job summary
Google seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional, high-impact projects spanning Privacy, Safety, and Security across our product stack. You will plan requirements, set roadmaps, manage risks, and communicate with executives and engineers to translate complex needs into actionable plans.
The Core team builds foundational infrastructure and developer platforms to support Google’s flagship products, driving scalable processes, governance, and collaboration across Google’s product
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience creating technical roadmaps and engineering deliverables.
- Experience in communicating with executive and technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-profile, cross-functional Privacy, Safety, and Security programs from scope to handover.
- Identify bottlenecks and risks across the product lifecycle and implement mitigation plans.
- Establish intake pipelines, dashboards, and KPIs for data-driven program health.
- Translate PSS mandates into actionable roadmaps and engineering deliverables.
- Drive consensus among engineers, PMs, UX and Legal with structured communications.
