Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager for Server Hardware Engineering in the AWS Mainstream Compute team.

You will lead multiple complex hardware development programs across geographies with vendors and internal customers, driving cost, quality and performance improvements while leveraging data-driven decision making. You’ll collaborate with TPM, hardware, software, and systems teams to deliver world-class server infrastructure, focusing on scalable, efficient designs and end-to-end

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of project management across cross-functional teams including scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience coordinating resources, release schedules and multi-project prioritization.
• Strong ability to analyze data, metrics and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple hardware product development programs across internal customers, external vendors and partners.
• Apply data and metrics to drive process improvements, savings and productivity.
• Define and drive the next generation of cloud platform server hardware.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, firmware and software teams to align decisions.
• Influence stakeholders, prioritize trade-offs and resolve cross‑functional conflicts.
