Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale programs across multiple teams. You will coordinate with engineering, operations, product, and business functions to deliver complex infrastructure and service environments.

You will guide risk management, define KPIs, and report progress to senior leadership while collaborating with external partners and regulatory bodies in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 5+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience.
• Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure, complex systems, systems engineering.
• Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Lead large-scale, complex technical programs across multiple teams and disciplines, from inception to delivery
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive program plans aligned with Leo's mission and business objectives
• Cross-functional Coordination: Orchestrate efforts across engineering, operations, product, and business teams to ensure seamless program execution
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact program success, developing contingency plans as needed
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with senior leadership, external partners, and regulatory bodies, ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Technical Expertise: Leverage technical understanding to facilitate decision-making and problem-solving across teams
• Process Improvement: Implement and optimize program management methodologies to increase efficiency and scalability
• Metrics and Reporting: Develop and maintain program KPIs, providing regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and outcomes
