Job summary

Government Retirement & Benefits, Inc. (GRB) is seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee the development and operations of our flagship SaaS product.

The ideal TPM will combine analytical rigor with technical execution leadership to drive delivery and reliability. Responsibilities include leading the software development team, guiding end-to-end product development, gathering client and internal requirements, and aligning goals with product strategy while ensuring secure, compliant SaaS

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software product management experience.
• Proven track record of leading teams from product concept to delivery (scope, schedule, design, test).
• Experience managing technical projects, using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
• Proficiency in SaaS/Cloud services, IT infrastructure, cyber security, networking, data management, and storage.
• Experience developing solutions in a regulated federal environment (FISMA, FedRAMP).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership as the manager of the software development team
• Manage and direct all software product development including design, documentation, planning, execution
• Gather the needs and requirements from various sources including external clients, internal users, corporate management
• Work closely with Management to set goals and priorities
• Ensure that the execution supports the product strategy
• Responsible for the SaaS operations and the associated IT operations staff
• Work closely with Management and the ISSO helping to ensure continuous secure operations
