Job summary

True Anomaly is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive the GOVSEC/INDSEC portfolio, ensuring regulatory compliance and on-time delivery across security programs. You will partner with security engineering, GRC, IT, and cross-functional teams in a matrixed, hybrid environment near Denver.

Responsibilities include end-to-end program management, tracking artifacts, defining cadence, and coordinating with ISSMs/ISSOs to maintain ATO readiness while balancing capacity and priorities. U.S.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program or project management in a federal/defense or regulated environment.
• Structured intake and prioritization, dependency/critical-path management.
• Schedule and risk management across multiple concurrent efforts.
• Stakeholder/communication discipline for engineers to executives.
• Delivery ownership across teams you don’t manage, via cadence and escalation.
• Fluency with Atlassian tooling (Jira/Confluence) for tracking and docs.
• Comfort in a matrixed structure applying a program/portfolio methodology.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end program management for GOVSEC/INDSEC initiatives using Jira/Confluence.
• Drive schedule and delivery for ATO/RMF efforts; track artifacts (SSPs, POA&Ms, SARs) and surface blockers.
• Coordinate across security engineering, GRC, IT, and mission teams to unblock compliance work.
• Apply discipline to OPSEC, PERSEC, COMSEC programs with cadence and accountability.
• Maintain status/risk/milestone cadence and tailor updates for engineers to executives.
• Plan capacity and roadmap for the GOVSEC portfolio, trading off committed vs aspirational work.
• Ensure capacity visibility and explicit leadership decisions when conflicts occur.
