Amazon in North Reading, MA is seeking a Senior Cross-Functional Technical Program Manager to join the Robotic Storage Technology group. You will own the full lifecycle of software-focused robotics programs, partnering with Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Product Management, and Operations to drive execution and measurable performance improvements.

This role requires strong communication, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and a track record of delivering large-scale software

Qualifications

5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
5+ years of technical program management working with software engineering teams.
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

Lead the full program lifecycle for complex, software-focused robotics programs from scoping through delivery.
Partner with Software Engineering, Product Management, Systems Engineering, and Operations to define requirements and drive execution.
Drive cross-functional consensus on technical decisions and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Define and track KPIs and SLAs that measure system performance improvements across the robotics fleet.
Identify, assess, track and mitigate program risks across multiple concurrent workstreams.
Create, maintain, and communicate program status, milestones, and risk posture to stakeholders and leadership.
Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple groups with competing priorities.
Develop and own multi-year program roadmaps aligned to strategic objectives.
