Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Principal TPM for Manufacturing Systems Engineering in Bellevue, WA, to own end-to-end roadmaps across manufacturing, system integration, and production test systems. Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 10+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and release schedules.
• 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects.
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and tracking of engineering work-streams spanning contract manufacturers to Leo factory locations.
• Establish linkage between production roadmap and team work-streams for progress measurement and risk mitigation.
• Represent impact of systems and solutions on yield, speed, manufacturability, cost, stability and trust.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable plans for projects and operations.
• Understand dependencies among cross-functional teams and synchronize milestones and unblock delivery.
• Create programs and outreach communications for rollout of solutions.
• Drive executive communication cadence and deliver artifacts on activities, accomplishments, challenges and risks to senior leadership.
• Measure, analyze, improve, and control KPIs across operations.
• Work with software and analytics teams to develop reporting tools and applications.
• Advise production directors and sr. managers on technology and execution decisions.
