Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr Technical Program Manager to lead cross-organizational initiatives within Operations Infrastructure Solutions (OIS) including Lifecycle, Move Off CORP, and robotics initiatives. You will own end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and narratives, influence resource allocation, and work with Senior/Principal Engineers to ensure scalable solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
5+ years of TPM experience with software engineering teams.
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end program strategy, roadmap, and narratives for OIS infrastructure reliability.
Understand system limitations, scaling factors, and architecture decisions for OIS infrastructure.
Manage complex initiatives spanning OIS, Robotics engineering, Field IT, and deployment teams.
Advise Sr. Managers on program health, risks, and trade-offs; write 6-pagers and present to Directors/VPs.
Identify risks across aging infrastructure and migration complexity; streamline deployment readiness and handoff.
Mentor TPMs/TIPMs and participate in hiring and promotion activities.
