Job summary

BigPanda is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our Professional Services team. You will lead multi‑customer implementations from kickoff to go‑live, unifying IT functions and guiding cross‑department collaboration to achieve measurable outcomes.

You will develop data‑driven roadmaps, partner with architects and engineers on product requirements, and ensure value realization across Observability, Event Management, and Incident Prevention. Remote-first with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 6+ years project management experience with enterprise IT projects or SaaS implementations.
• Experience with digital transformation projects and implementing operational improvements alongside technical solutions.
• Demonstrated responsibility for timelines, deliverables, budget, and resources.
• Detail-oriented, energetic, efficient with a “get it done” attitude.
• Capable of building relationships with executives and technical leads.
• Experience developing risk identification and mitigation plans.
• Experience delivering value-oriented roadmaps.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders including C-Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple customer implementations from kickoff through go-live, ensuring business value and technical alignment.
• Assess a customer’s IT operations model and guide cross-department collaboration with BigPanda.
• Partner with Solution Architects and Engineers to translate challenges into product requirements.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps using data-driven analysis to guide direction.
• Coordinate with enterprise sales for seamless Sales & Services transitions.
