Job summary

Amazon AWS is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive delivery of regional security service programs across isolated AWS regions. You will coordinate with commercial service teams, regional operations, and compliance to ensure timely launches and accreditation gates.

You will own multiple programs, require strong communication to senior leadership, and support a travel up to 20% as part of an international portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program execution for a portfolio of security service delivery programs into isolated AWS regions.
• Drive cross-organizational coordination with commercial service teams who build the capabilities your programs deliver into isolated regions.
• Manage compliance and accreditation gates that are prerequisites for service launches in regulated environments.
• Build and maintain program schedules with clear critical paths, dependency tracking, and escalation triggers.
• Produce weekly status reporting for senior and executive leadership with quantified progress, blockers, and path to green.
• Identify and resolve cross-program dependencies and resource conflicts across the portfolio.
• Drive mechanisms and operational cadences that keep programs healthy: regular syncs with commercial partners, milestone tracking, risk registers.
