ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Fintech to drive end-to-end program execution across Payments, Payables, and Financing. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to deliver scalable financial solutions that improve contractor revenue and customer experience while strengthening platform reliability.

The role requires an execution mindset, technical fluency, and the ability to translate complex cross-functional efforts into measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical program management experience in SaaS or tech environments.
• Understand business context to drive high-impact outcomes through cross-functional work.
• Strong program planning, prioritization, and resource management abilities.
• Proven ability to apply business insights to drive execution and results.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence tooling.
• Analytical mindset with KPI tracking and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution and delivery of key Fintech programs with on-time, scoped results.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define milestones and success criteria.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs with data-driven decisions.
• Provide visibility via dashboards and regular leadership updates.
• Collaborate with GTM, Marketing, and Customer Success for smooth launches.
• Continuously improve execution processes across programs.
• Champion alignment and accountability to deliver business value.
