Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance across manufacturing, processing, and packaging lines, driving TPM-based reliability programs and zero-loss culture.

You will mentor mechanics, develop NCE practices, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations to ensure safe, compliant plant operations and continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership and proactive problem-solving to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in manufacturing maintenance.
• Experience managing mechanics or maintenance teams preferred.
• Knowledge of TPM/PM pillars and reliability practices.
• Familiarity with TPM-PM and risk management is a plus.
• Regulatory requirements for food safety understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance to minimize downtime and downtime causes tied to safety and compliance.
• Review lines, processes, and utilities for critical risks.
• Develop KPIs aligned with best maintenance practices.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities and materials.
• Ensure documentation of equipment history and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with engineers, suppliers, and plant partners.
