Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance management, 2+ in leadership roles.
• Proven success in implementing TPM strategies in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and reliability practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a TPM strategy for equipment reliability.
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are adhered to.
• Lead training sessions for TPM team and promote teamwork.
