Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for the Power Generation Solutions leadership team. You will own technical program management for key PGS power initiatives and drive cross-cutting strategy for Global Energy.

You will collaborate with engineering leads, Global Energy Principals, Finance, and AWS leadership to keep programs on track and the organization scaled with clear, actionable priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical program management within large-scale infrastructure, energy, or technology.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs with senior visibility.
• Strong analytical skills translating data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for VP-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own technical program management for part of the AWS power program, including milestones and vendor coordination.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year strategic roadmap for Global Energy with clear ownership.
• Lead controllership mechanisms including headcount planning and reporting cadence.
• Create senior leadership reporting and decision-ready narratives on status and initiatives.
• Build relationships with Finance, Talent Acquisition, HR, and delivery partners.
• Drive continuous improvement across Global Energy operating mechanisms.
• Represent PGS and Global Energy in senior forums and partner engagements.
• Champion a high-performance, accountable team culture.
