Amazon is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager for AWS Data Center Engineering, focusing on low voltage power distribution products and at-scale deployment. You will synchronize engineering, design, qualification, and manufacturing readiness to enable smooth transitions from development to high-volume production.

You will drive NPI milestones, coordinate across multiple teams, and manage end-to-end delivery while maintaining quality and operational readiness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• Experience in data center or low voltage power distribution products is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional programs that design, develop, launch, and support LV power distribution, monitoring, and switching products.
• Set cadence for product engineering and design teams; drive NPI milestones and manufacturing readiness.
• Engage with internal and external teams to align requirements, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
• Build detailed program plans with milestones and success criteria across streams.
• Coordinate between teams to manage interdependencies and secure budget and resources.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks and report status to Sr. Management.
• Own delivery lifecycle from kickoff through deployment and deprecation; ensure quality.
• Work independently in high-pressure environments with leadership at all levels.
