Job summary

Verily Health in Boston is seeking a proactive Technical Program Manager to guide Platform Precision Health engineering squads, including the Verily Workbench TRE. You will partner with engineering leaders to operationalize roadmaps, drive scalable delivery, and ensure governance and security standards across data analytics platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex software products in matrixed organizations.
• Ability to coach teams on agile practices and ceremonies.
• Proven track record aligning multiple stakeholders toward a common roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery from concept to production release with engineering, product, and cross-functional partners.
• Own sprint health, ceremonies, and continuous improvement to accelerate velocity.
• Champion organizational change and align workflows across teams to reduce friction and governance overhead.
• Manage dependencies, identify risks, and map mitigation plans for leadership review.
• Establish and monitor team KPIs and performance metrics.
