Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a TPM, Scrum Master, or equivalent driving software engineering execution.

• Ability to influence and drive process adoption with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex features from concept to production release.
• Own agile ceremonies, sprint health, and continuous improvement for squads.
• Bridge process gaps and align cross-functional stakeholders on workflows.
• Monitor dependencies, risks, and trade-offs to keep programs on track.
• Synthesize metrics and progress updates for leadership.
