Compass, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale initiatives, manage end-to-end programs, and partner with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact platforms for our consumer and agent ecosystems.

You will drive cross-functional planning, maintain executive visibility on progress and risk, and champion security initiatives to strengthen our platform in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related engineering field.
• 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a large high pace tech environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication — ability to influence stakeholders and leadership through data-driven reporting.
• Experience with scripting languages & SQL queries.
• Proven track record of successful technical program management across multiple teams and managers.
• Experience managing initiatives within large scale systems in rapid growth environments.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices (containerization, microservices, CI/CD).
• Knowledge of AWS and modern cloud architectures as well as security platforms and frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Lead large-scale initiatives building new products or platform for Compass.
• Manage the full life cycle of key programs including detailed plans, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.
• Champion with product, design, engineers, and operation leadership. Communicate with Executive Leadership on progress and risk.
• Drive the strategic planning and execution of high-impact programs within our product development teams, collaborating with infrastructure and cross-functional groups.
• Plan, manage, and deliver multiple technical programs spanning multiple organizations and locations.
• Act as a key contributor to the agile practice at Compass and high-level planning, both quarterly and yearly.
• Drive operational and cost excellence and process improvement across the organization.
• Provide programmatic leadership for security initiatives geared towards hardening our real estate platform.
• Create clarity and drive decision making with data and metrics through well-written executive-level and team-level narratives.
