Job summary

Waymo LLC is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional programs that connect Waymo Driver services with external platforms. You will own the end-to-end delivery of external integrations, from planning to post-launch quality, coordinating with product, engineering, and operations teams.

You will lead complex programs where dependencies lie outside your direct control, requiring clear communication, rigorous risk management, and executive-level stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading highly complex, cross-functional technical programs.
• Track record of shipping consumer-facing software products from kickoff to launch.
• Experience coordinating dependencies with external teams and driving delivery.
• Strong ability to read system designs and discuss architecture with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional technical programs to integrate Waymo's autonomous service with third-party platforms.
• Own end-to-end delivery of external integrations, including execution plan and post-launch quality.
• Serve as primary execution partner for external teams, translating ambiguity into defined deliverables and timelines.
• Drive trade-off decisions across scope, schedule, scalability and user experience.
• Identify, prioritize and mitigate risks across multiple partner programs and communicate to executives.
• Build scalable frameworks and tooling to onboard and operate many integrations efficiently.
