Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager driving complex software, systems, or operational engineering programs.
• Track record of managing complex end-to-end programs where reliability and attention to detail are critical.
• Experience leading large cross-functional technical programs within Fleet Management, Workflow Automation, Operations, or Systems/Software Engineering.
• Strong leadership and clear communication, with ability to navigate ambiguity and drive decisions.
• Expertise in scaling processes, guardrails, and reliability practices in fast-growing areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Fleet Management programs across Product, Ops, Systems Engineering, Design, and Engineering.
• Drive end-to-end technical program execution for fleet orchestration, automation features, and new platform enablement.
• Prioritize, manage, and resolve program risks and dependencies; align scope and schedule with engineering capacity.
• Establish fleet and depot reliability programs including triage, bug burndowns, and pre-production roadmaps.
• Keep stakeholders informed and aligned; present programs to senior leadership and remove blockers.
• Prioritize projects to maximize vehicle uptime, depot turnaround, and operational scalability.
