Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive a portfolio of New Product Introduction initiatives within the Formulated Solutions unit.

You will partner across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Business, and customer-facing teams to align priorities, manage risk, and accelerate commercialization. Based in the Americas with flexibility for remote work, you will influence decisions, promote best practices in program management, and deliver portfolio-level

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience leading NPIs, commercialization, or technical programs in semiconductor fabrication consumables or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of CMP processes and CMP-related chemistry/engineering; 3+ years in CMP-related role preferred.
• Proven success delivering NPIs from concept to commercialization meeting quality, schedule and business objectives.
• Advanced program and portfolio management skills including prioritization, risk management, and executive communication; PMP preferred.
• Strong ability to influence decisions and align stakeholders across functions and geographies without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of strategic NPI programs with KPI visibility, risk management, and commercialization.
• Align priorities, resources, and outcomes with FS and divisional strategy; provide portfolio insights.
• Improve NPI processes, tools, and governance to speed execution and efficiency.
• Serve as TPM SME, establish best practices, coach teams, drive PM excellence.
• Collaborate with teams to balance customer requirements, product positioning, and IP protection.
