Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Technical Program Manager for Advanced Deposition Materials (ADM). This is a remote opportunity within the United States, eligible states MA, CT, PA, IL, TX, NV.

You will drive NPIs from concept through release to high-volume manufacturing, aligning across Business Development, R&D, Engineering, Operations and Manufacturing to meet performance, quality, and scale requirements. Strong project leadership and cross-functional coordination are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, engineering, or materials science required.
• 8+ years of direct experience with technical projects and engineering workflows.
• Preferred experience with advanced deposition technologies and/or NPIs in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate technical ambiguity into clear execution plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive NPIs from concept through release to high volume manufacturing.
• Define, track, manage, and report NPI milestones.
• Identify and mitigate technical and execution risks across phases.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution to meet customer requirements, quality, and scale.
• Drive standardization of product development processes, tools, and best practices.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Promote data‑driven decision‑making and structured problem‑solving.
• Aid in crafting customer communications to balance requirements and protect information.
