You will lead NPD programs, coordinate with global product management, engineering and operations, and ensure on-time, on-budget launches via stage-gate processes.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of project and program management experience in a global org serving semiconductor or regulated/high-tech industries.
• Proven leadership with ability to guide teams toward milestones and adapt to schedule changes.
• Experience leading global cross-functional teams and PMO tooling implementations.

Aufgaben

• Manage the NPD portfolio with partners and stakeholders to align priorities.
• Develop metrics-based reporting for portfolio and projects.
• Provide and maintain the program structure including schedules, milestones, prioritization, resources and budgets.
• Lead stakeholder updates and drive BU program progress across levels.
• Lead and own key projects within the BU portfolio.
