Job summary

Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies in Palo Alto seeks a Senior SW Systems Architect to lead the RVT network interface program for VWG programs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to move interface ownership from VWG to RVT and define versioned interfaces that domains can execute against.

You will roll out the architecture-driven framework, manage domain reviews, and align with VWG leadership to escalate gaps and drive timely delivery across programs.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or closely related technical field.
• 8+ years of technical program management on products that integrate hardware, software and mechanical systems, including embedded or vehicle programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the program plan for RVT network interface baselined per VWG program packages.
• Drive the transition of interface ownership from VWG to RVT domains and define interim dependencies.
• Document and rollout workflow for network interface versioning and change management within RVT.
