The role partners with Product and Engineering leadership to turn strategy into execution, moving ML/AI work from research into production while shaping operating rhythms and metrics for alignment.

The position is remote for US-based candidates only, with compensation ranging from $145,747 to $300,067 annually.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering roles, with a focus on ML/AI or platform programs.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-workstream programs across multiple teams under a unified roadmap.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to translate strategy into actionable workstreams.
• Drive the transition from research to production, overseeing model development and adoption.
• Define and monitor key metrics to inform decision-making and ensure alignment.
• Facilitate technical design forums to identify risks and align on solutions with senior leaders.
• Establish scalable operating mechanisms for planning and reviews across diverse teams.
• Utilize AI tools to automate tracking and reporting of program insights.
