Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership at all levels to set direction.
• Build consensus across teams.
• Convey complex decisions clearly to executives up to three levels above and explain options.
• Influence priorities and coordinate cross-functional communication with stakeholders.
• Identify when current programs risk repeated failures and steer teams away from them.
• Escalate for technical guidance from senior engineers when needed.
• Deliver solutions meeting Amazon standards for customer satisfaction, efficiency, stability, extensibility, and operational excellence.
• Share knowledge and collaborate with TPMs and engineers, including internal conferences.
