Applied Materials, Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex cross-functional initiatives focused on manufacturing readiness, supplier qualification, risk mitigation, and supply chain resilience.

You will partner with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and external suppliers to drive programs end-to-end. The ideal candidate combines strong program management with technical expertise in manufacturing operations, supplier quality, product lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Supplier Quality, Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operations.
• Experience with supplier qualification and supplier quality methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing technical risks and driving issue resolution.

Responsabilités

• Prepares project plans and drives the project from conception and planning to implementation.
• Lead complex technical programs involving manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain organizations.
• Provides engineering and business process expertise to team and other members on various standard programs / issues.
• Identifies and resolves potential complications within the project and develops solutions for resolution.
• Drive supplier qualification and alternate source development initiatives to improve business continuity and reduce supply risk.
• Evaluate manufacturing processes, supplier capabilities, and qualification readiness.
• Manage technical risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive issue resolution across stakeholders.
• Coordinate engineering change implementation and manufacturing readiness activities.
• Facilitate root cause investigations and corrective action plans with suppliers and internal teams.
• Develop and track program schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and executive communications.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure successful project execution and business outcomes.
• Present program status, technical risks, and mitigation strategies to senior leadership.
